The Global NPO Coalition on FATF submitted this written input to the UN Counter-Terrorism Coordination Compact Working Groups on Criminal Justice, Legal Responses and Countering the Financing of Terrorism and Promoting and Protecting Human Rights and the Rule of Law while Countering Terrorism and Supporting Victims of Terrorism in response to its call for input on a guidance document on countering terrorism financing while respecting human rights.

This relates to implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2462, which consolidated the UN's counterterrorism sanctions resolutions. See a summary here.

The call for input stated that the focus was international human rights law - international humanitarian law issues will be dealt with separately.
