The Global NPO Coalition on FATF made this submission to the FATF Secretariat as written input towards the Strategic Review process that the FATF is currently undertaking. Focussed on Recommendation 8, the Coalition hopes that the input will be taken into account by the FATF as it seeks to make the Mutual Evaluation structure and implementation more targeted, timely and risk-based.
