High-Level Synopsis of the Stocktake of the Unintended Consequences of the FATF Standards
The FATF has published a high-level synopsis of Phase 1 (the stocktake) of the workstream on the Unintended Consequences of the FATF Standards.
The FATF will now work on addressing the findings through revisions in either their methodology, their procedures or their processes.
