Find here the Spanish-language Report on the 'Multisector Conversation: Next Steps in Identifying and Mitigating the Unintended Consequences that Affect NPOs in GAFILAT Countries', held virtually on November 30th 2022 and co-organized by the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL), the Global Nonprofit Organization (NPO) Coalition on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and Human Security Collective. 

The Report reflects the contributions of the approximately 65 people who participated, representing the FATF Executive Secretariat and the Vice Presidency; the GAFILAT (FATF regional body for Latin America) Executive Secretariat; NPOs from GAFILAT member countries and from other regions; Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) of GAFILAT member countries that are implementing laws or policies to engage with the NPO sector; FIU and diplomatic or international cooperation officials from donor countries in the region; as well as the United Nations Special Rapporteurships with the mandates of Counterterrorism and Human Rights and the Freedoms of Peaceful Assembly and of Association.
